Welcome to the fasttrackinterviews.com website. Fast Track Interviews Inc. welcomes its active Employer members to use the tools provided for them on this website. Your use of fastrackinterviews.com indicates you are an active Employer member and you accept the terms and conditions of use set out by Fast Track Interviews Inc.
I am an active Employer member of fasttrackinterviews.com and I agree I will use fasttrackinterviews.com for hiring purposes only.
I agree it is my responsibility to ensure I am abiding by all the Employment and Human Rights Laws and Standards of the country within which I am hiring.
I understand that I am solely responsible for any information that I submit and I agree to only submit information that is true, accurate, current and legal. I agree to only request a resume from Job Seekers.
I agree and acknowledge that Fast Track Interviews Inc. prohibits the posting of any pyramid scheme, any opportunity that includes an “upline” or “downline”, any opportunity that requires an upfront outlay of cash for product to become a member, or any opportunity that requires the recruitment of other members, distributors or sales representatives. Any such postings found on fasttrackinterviews.com will be immediately removed.
FastTrackInterviews.com provides links to third party websites solely for the convenience of its visitors, and is not responsible for the contents, information, practices, or software of third party websites, or for any damage that may be incurred by linking to these sites.
French and English are the accepted languages on fasttrackinterviews.com. All other languages will be removed.
Except for contact information required on job listings, I will not submit any sensitive or personal information which includes a person’s age, address, telephone number, social insurance number, financial or medical information.
I agree and acknowledge that my email address will be made available to prospective hires.
I am responsible for my password. I will maintain the confidentiality of my password and I will notify Fast Track Interviews Inc. by contacting info@fasttrackinterviews.com if:
1) I become aware of any unauthorized use of my password.
2) a third party has registered an account using my name
3) any information I have submitted for my job listing has been modified without my consent.
I acknowledge and agree that I am solely responsible for the content of my job listing and for keeping it current. I declare that my job posting is true, accurate, and up to date. I agree that I will not create a job posting for any illegal or morally offensive activity. I agree that I will not create a job posting containing any illegal, inappropriate, insensitive or offensive content or information, including but not limited to material that is obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, insensitive or embarrassing to others. Inappropriate information also includes, but is not limited to, information that is discriminatory in nature based on gender, race, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, disability, ethnicity, and/or marital or family status. In addition, I hereby confirm and agree that I will not use any device, software or routine that will interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working condition of this site or any activity being conducted on this site. I understand that should I be in violation of any of the above terms and conditions my job posting will be immediately terminated by Fast Track Interviews Inc. without any further notice and/or recourse.
I declare and acknowledge that I am the sole owner of all rights in the material I post on this site and/or I have the right by license or permission to post this material in a public forum such as this Internet site. By submitting information to any public or private area of fasttrackinterviews.com, I hereby grant Fast Track Interviews Inc. a carefree, complete, world wide, royalty free, perpetual, irrevocable and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, copy, and/or translate the information submitted and to display the contents on its Web sites.

I further understand that Fast Track Interviews Inc. has no control over the ability of job seekers to accept job offers. I understand Fast Track Interviews Inc. cannot control how third parties, including job seekers, use the information posted on fasttrackinterviews.com. As such, I understand that there are risks associated with the use of fasttrackinterviews.com and I hereby agree to accept those risks at my sole cost and expense. I also understand that there are risks associated with the individuals I come into contact with by using fasttrackinterviews.com and I hereby acknowledge and accept those risks at my sole cost and expense. I further understand Fast Track Interviews Inc. makes no promises or guarantees that my posting will be viewed or that I will find a suitable candidate for my job posting on fasttrackinterviews.com
I hereby further agree to indemnify and save harmless Fast Track Interviews Inc, its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns, from and against any and all claims alleging loss, costs, expenses, damages or injuries, of whatever nature and kind including but not limited to any and all claims for intellectual property rights infringement, arising out of my use of fasttrackinterviews.com
I acknowledge that I have read this agreement and understand it. I agree that this document is the sole, complete and exclusive agreement between myself, the company for which I am posting the job opportunity and Fast Track Interviews Inc. which supersedes any proposal or prior agreement, whether oral or written, and any other communication between me and Fast Track Interviews Inc. relating to the subject matter of this agreement.
Activating “I agree” signifies my acceptance to be bound by these Terms of Use. I understand that when using fasttrackinterviews.com on subsequent visits I continue to be bound by these Terms of Use even if not expressly asked to agree to them every time I log onto my account.
I understand that Fast Track Interviews Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion to modify, change, amend, delete or add to these Terms of Use, in whole or in part, at any time. I understand that Fast Track Interviews Inc. will notify me of any changes to these Terms of Use by posting a notice on the Website, fasttrackinterviews.com. I agree to periodically review current Terms of Use and I acknowledge that my continued use of this site after any changes are posted means that I accept those changes whether or not I have actually reviewed such changes.

I understand that once information is posted on fasttrackinterviews.com, Fast Track Interviews Inc. cannot control how third parties, including employers will use the information. As a result, I understand that there are risks associated with the use of fasttrackinterviews,com and the individuals I come into contact with by using this service and I accept those risks. I understand Fast Track Interviews Inc. makes no promises or guarantees that my profile will be viewed or that I will find employment by posting my profile on fasttrackinterviews.com

Only information needed to create your account and to use the tools within your account will be requested. Collection and use of personal information is in accordance with the federal Privacy Act. Fast Track Interviews Inc. will use your personal information to release contact information to employers.
Please note that your E-mail address will not be distributed to any third party except as contact information for employers, as noted above. Fast Track Interviews Inc. may also use your email address to send you other important notices about the site.
